I am running windows 7 home premium.

repro steps are turn on computer and walk away. I changed the power saver settings thinking it might be something when it goes to sleep but no dice. This is a full retail version that was purchased from a microsoft website. The computer it is on is a 2 years old dell xps m1530. This is the original install as I do not have the windows disc.
"
Finally I can run the performance monitor but the "perfmon /report" command just tells me i have the wrong parameters.

Hi fullmullet and welcome to the forum. I looked at all but three of your dumps and they all blame a driver, eldsb.sys, for the crash. I cannot find what software or hardware this driver belongs to. I suggest that you do a search of your C: drive for this driver. Please post back with its location and what it belongs to if you know. This driver is up to date.
eldsb.sys Fri Nov 19 22:24:29 2010
If you can determine what this driver belongs to, I recommend that uninstall the hardware/software.

You do have some outdated drivers loaded on your system. Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Update these drivers.
iaStor.sys Wed Apr 25 14:27:47 2007 - Intel Storage drivers. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx. Update this driver.

nespot.sys Mon Jan 01 21:20:17 2007 - Nespot EAPoL Driver from SITECSOFT Co., Ltd. Uninstall this software. It is obsolete.

netw5v32.sys Thu Mar 26 12:10:37 2009 - ntel Wireless WiFi Link Driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx. Update this driver.

OEM02Dev.sys Wed Oct 10 22:29:05 200
7 - Creative Video Camera Device Driver. Creative Worldwide Support. Update the driver or uninstall the camera. It is obsolete.

OEM02Vfx.sys Mon Mar 05 05:45:03 2007 - Creative Video Camera Device Driver. Creative Worldwide Support. See above.

packet.sys Tue Jun 17 12:01:04 2008 - WebWatcher likely from SingleClick Systems. Use Google search - numerous companies w/this name. I recommend uninstalling this obsolete software.

rimmptsk.sys Sat Feb 24 00:42:21 2007
- Ricoh Memory Card Reader driver. OEM - none at Home | Ricoh Global. This hardware is obsolete. YOu can try to update the drivers from your computer manufacturer's website. If you cannot update these drivers, uninstall the card reader.

rimsptsk.sys Tue Jan 23 02:40:19 2007 - Ricoh Memory Card Reader driver. OEM - none at Home | Ricoh Global. see above.

How to find drivers -
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
- - To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
