BSOD crash

Recently I've been experiencing blue/black screen crash then automatically shut down my computer.And it's really a bother everytime. Hope you can help me.

Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system
- full retail version
- The system and OS age is around 3 years
