Hi All,

I'm new to the forum and have urgent need of some assistance. I've been getting increasing episodes f teh dreaded BSOD - weekly now. Always had intermittent episodes since upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit late 2009. Usually starts as a disruption in the monitor image making me wonder if it related to by video card. However, i've also noticed that the minidump analysis sometimes reported a fault with a Vista driver, although I never had Windows Vista. More commonly something like cdd.dll would show up. I've wondered if this is RAM related rather than video card related although I've passed Memtest before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a zip file of the SF Diagnostics Tool analysis.

Thanks,
EF

We need the actual DMP files and none were included try this method.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the minidump file is no longer in the minidump folder. I had assumed it was captured in the SF Diagnostic Tool output. I guess I'll have to wait until another BSOD and repost.

You can search for *.DMP
