BSOD crashes

Hi guys,
i have a problem with my DELL D630 laptop. I hope here will find a solution. The problem is since some weeks, when i've installed a new copy of WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM x86. The original one was VISTA, but i found it a bit heavy. I formated the disc, so there is no trace of the previous OS. The configuration is INTEL C2D 7250 2ghz, 1+1 GB RAm in dual channel, GMA x3100, HDD 80 gb. Short after the installation some BSOD appeared. No overheating, no tremmors or something, just BSOD in momments without any activities or reason. I am attaching the crashe report and hope someone experienced can help.

First things first - please install SP1; given how many bugfixes for common problems previous to SP1's release reported here, it makes perfect sense to install SP1 if you haven't already anytime your system is exhibiting less than obvious problems like this.

Second, the crash is happening because Windows is attempting to free a kernel pool block that contains driver data that has already been freed, aka a "double free". This will cause a bugcheck and crash, and while the memory location that contains the pool block to be freed is not in a minidump, the blocks that contain the caller are (VEN_8086&DEV_283E&SUBSYS_01F91028&REV_02):

That is indeed the Intel ICH controller for what appears to be an Intel(R) ICH8 Family SMBus Controller, which your system does appear to have. There are some known issues with this chipset controller and Windows 7 when paired with certain other network devices from Broadcom, and it appears you have a broadcom network driver loaded.

I'd suggest getting the Intel updater, run it, and let it update any drivers it finds that are out of date:
Intel® Driver Update Utility

Next, I'd make sure you have the latest drivers for your Dell D630 for Windows 7, especially any updates to any of the network drivers.

That should be sufficient to stabilize your machine.
