BSOD crashes

i am having the same problem with the BSOD crashes and it gives me the same ati problem. can someone please provide a step by step on how to solve this problem. or point me in the direction where i can fix it.

If atinavrr.sys is showing as the cause of the BSODs, check the TV tuner card manufacturer's website for updated drivers, or else remove the device from your computer. If you have any trouble with this, please upload a BSOD report:
