That's of no help, it is the input of the current and the amps it puts out, which couldn't run any computer I know of. You must know what model computer it came out of. The model and manufacturer would have been on the case. What CPU is installed, is it a desktop or a laptop? most of the front panel connectors are labeled.

Those numbers are way off. ATX standards are +/- 5% of the stated values so the +12V should be a high of 12.6 max yours is above that, the 3.3V low 3.135 I believe not 2.2.

Did those numbers come from Bios or a multi meter? Software won't always give the best readings and are way wrong in some cases.

If those numbers are correct, the PSU is bad and I wouldn't hook it up to my computer. But, that's an if.
