These crashes have been fairly reguler.

Original on Hard Drive
CD installed OS Windows 7 64 Proffessional
Purchased OS

System is a recent Build of new Hardware.
OS is a re-install on a new HDD. CD is a little less then a year old.

The BSOD occurred only few seconds after Computer booting up.
It could be hardware failure so it's better to follow this steps:

Also uninstall AVG for a while to see if the problem would gone.

the minidumps aren't having time to finish writing as the crash occurs.
Try setting this:

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header
Select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Hopefully if you crash again we can get a complete minidump. The ones attached are incomplete.
It does seem to be pointing to a hardware fault.

Have you made any changes to this computer starting about 6/19/11 or so?
There does seem to be a date marking the beginning of the problems.

If anything is overclocked you want to undo that now as well.

Nothing should be over clocked, set Bios to Failsafe defualts. Tested Hard drives and ram all passed.

Did a Stress test on my GPU's for 40 minutes, activity hit 95% peak activity, but it hovered around 90%. Temperatures peaked at 61 degree's Celcius. Fan speeds stayed at 41% the whole time.
