I'm randomly getting a BSOD thats giving me something wrong about tcpip.sys

The first one is your NEC Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller - you can get the drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's support website here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt (it's the first one under the USB section)

The second one is also from Asus and is availabe under the Utilities section. It's the 4th one down and is labelled "ASUS AI Suite II V1.00.29 Install Program for 32/64bit Windows XP & Windows Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7."

The BSOD listed in MSINFO32 blames e1q62x64.sys - a component of your Intel network card. As such, please download and install the 64 bit version of the driver here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18713&ProdId=3147&lang=eng

I just formatted, got the same errors when I had all drivers and updates installed. Will install and post a new attachment tomorrow when I get up from bed in the morning.

The USB 3.0 drivers and the ASACPI.sys (ATK0110 ACPI Utility) are 2 very problematic drivers and they cause many BSOD's.

While I haven't done the research with the USB 3.0 drivers - the ASACPI.sys driver is installed when you install Windows - so no dowloading is required. And it will cause BSOD's on most (but not all) Asus mobo's. The point here is that there's an issue from the point of installation - so those 2 sets of drivers need to be updated immediately.

Also, all Windows Updates need to be applied - as there's no telling if a missing update is causing these problems.

The last BSOD pointed to network drivers - so it's likely that it's either the network drivers or the network card. I always keep a spare NIC on hand in case mine gets fried (that way I can be back on the web quickly). They're only $15 (US) from most major retailers.

If we get to a clean install, with all Windows Updates - and the 2 drivers mentioned above are updated - then we can proceed with other stuff. Since you passed the hardware diagnostics, we'll have to start with these stress tests:

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight please run the "Small FFTs" test instead. (run all 3 if you find a problem and note how long it takes to error out with each)
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
