I can boot into safe mode but this problem is driving my insane, after re-installing W7 my laptop was running smoother than ever until I started getting a BSOD when booting it. If I leave it for a day for some reason it'll boot up fine and I'll have to leave it on so it doesn't happen again.
I tried following the instructions listed here but the perfmon gave me this result
Error:
An error occured while attempting to generate the report.
The system cannot find the path specified.
The BSOD file colllection app worked though, should I still attach it?
When I boot into safe mode after the BSOD I get this message

The BlueScreen View app tells me that the problem is with ntkrnlpa.exe.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, I tried a repair install but it won't let me due to a message that says 'Windows cannot determine the installation language."
I can't use a W7 CD because when dell gave me a new motherboard under warranty they gave me one with a faulty disc drive.
I'm at a loss here and I really need this laptop for work, I have deadlines coming up and am severely stressed. Google searching is bringing me nowhere only people asking the same questions and getting no answers, any help is greatly appreciated.
