Hello,

I hope I have followed the instructions properly.

I have a brand new Toshiba laptop which is running on windows 7 64bit. I installed dbpoweramp and after the first couple of days it began to crash every the software ejected a disc. If I click the "eject" icon it crashes, or if I set it to eject after completion it crashes. I can manually eject a disc by pushing the button on the drive or by right-clicking on the drive, however, ejecting using the button sometimes fails to produce any result whatsoever.

The computer was taken back to Best Buy for service and it was "infected" but they were not able to tell me what was specifically removed. I got back home and the problems were not fixed at all. I then took it back and the OS was reinstalled. I installed a fresh version of dbpoweramp and the got the same BSOD crash immediately.

I don't know how to read the dump files. Please help me identify the problem. View attachment 158446

Thanks, I'll run this when I get home. Do I attach the resulting dump files the same way that I did before, by running the app that I downloaded from the instructions thread? Or do I just zip up the .dmp files?

I have this enabled and it seems to be running since my fan is moving pretty quickly. Should I let it run on it's own or should I use the eject button to force the BSOD?

I have run this for several hours, and I have intentionally crashed my computer by pressing the eject button on dbpoweramp. This caused the typical crash, however my computer did not recover normally. It hung on the black screen with the windows logo for several minutes before I removed the battery. After that I was able to boot up without issues, but I can not zip up a file with the new .dmp file. This is driving me absolutely crazy! Any help would be awesome.

Why can you not upload a zip?

Do you have this problem if dbpoweramp isn't installed?
