BSOD Dillemma

Hi Guys!!

Firstly new here...

Read the posts and tried to comprehend to the best extent however have a few questions to undertand better and resolve my problem. Also the error read IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have a dell vostro 3450 laptop. few days back I added a 2GM 1333 MHz RAM of IRVINE make. The preinstalled RAM is of SK hynix Make and the invoice says its also 13333 Mhz. My IT guy tried many things but its that RAm that when take out has stopped the BSOD and today @ 1403 hrs no BSOD.

I understand that if the RAM/s are of diff. parameters (freq. and/or Voltage) conflict will happen. Don't really see the reason in my case so requests you IT Pundits ( one who knows all) to please help my head is itching with curiosity.
