Hello and welcome User Name mate can you boot into safe mode?? if so please run these for starters
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f switch and if this does not make any improvement then just run this switch instead /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

Now I have to say what you have posted is almost impossible to know the cause of so if it does happen to boot normally please follow these

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and Disk Check did not find any violations or errors.
The minidump folder was empty despite already being setup. Except the default operating system drop down was blank with no selections available.
I have attached the contents of the DM Log Collector.

Ok mate now can you follow this please as we need to know just what you have in the machine.
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.

The other thing I want to know is do you have iTunes installed?? because it often downloads a service/software called "Bonjour" and in the past it has been known to caused issues in Windows and I found this in one of your logs

This may mean nothing so is your or has your machine been without sound for any time? I ask in case you have a sound card installed.

I updated my system information following the link you provided.
I do not have ITunes and the Bonjour program was preloaded on the computer and never used.
The only time I have had any problems with my sound was when I tried the windows 10 free upgrade and that was resolved by reverting back to 7. No problems before or since. My guess is the current lack of audio is related to being in safe mode.

Ok mate now you have what looks to be three drives installed - can you disconnect everything (hard drives of whatever sort) can you also disconnect for the net (turn off your modem) and disable the Webrooot AV too before you do the above.

Then power on while tapping the F8 button.

Now if that HP came prebuilt then the iTunes and Bonjour may have been bundled with the OS unless you have got rid ot id since getting the machine.

The other little problem is that you installed 10 then reverted back to 7 and just how did you do that because there has been quite a number of members who have done this and ended up with issues notwithstanding the recent problems with 10 updates.

If the machine has some age on it then this would be a good time to check for a dirty interior. By the by just what exact model is the machine the designation and model number on the stickers. It would also be worth knowing if this machine was new or refurbished when you got it.

If the worst comes to the worst and you need to clean install is there a Microsoft sticker on the machine with an activation code?? DO NOT send any pics of it unless you obliterate some of the coding alpha/numerical.
Providing you have that you can install from an official ISO and I have two methods of retrieving data before you do that even thought the machine will not boot.
