Hey folks, my friend has been experiencing strange BSODs, seemingly without any pattern. Sometime it crashes when idle, sometimes under load. Sometimes goes a good few hours of solid work without any issues. The laptop is used to run a business, so would like to resolve this issue ASAP. Not sure if this is of any help, but the computer is able to 'resume Windows' after each BSOD.

Attached are files gathered from the SF Diagnostic tool, let me know if you need anything else. Thank-you all SO much for your help! Appreciate it very, very much.

Cheers,
Liam

Welcome
You had many BSODs, luckily all the reports are consistent. This is the cause of your problem.

I have provided the link to give you information about the problem. Do not download any drivers from that site. Drivers should be obtained from the Modem company. Any other source may cause additional problems.

Thank-you so much for your prompt response richc! Are we able to find out if the modem drivers the soul cause of the BSOD, or if they are clashing with something else?
Cheers,
Liam

If it were me, I would update all the drivers from the site and see if that works.
