Solved BSOD Doing normal activities.

Greetings, Ive been getting this BSOD alot. It have happend in the past too. It is mostly when im about to play a game or just watch youtube videos. I have also been getting 3b(SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXPECTION) and 9f(DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE). If that is to any help. I need help as quick as possible. I dont like staying away from the computer too much.

Note: Some people has been telling me to Re-install windows. When i made a clean install i used a 3rd party application to download my drivers.(I didnt have my network driver setup) So that may cause my problem. Im thinking to run Driver Sweeper or Display Driver Uninstaller. I think the problem causing the BSODs is from the display driver. I have installed all the drivers from HP as soon as i started getting my BSODs. The old drivers may have some folders left causing the BSOD.

Close this thread. Thank you. I got past it by debugging the dump. Turns out Malwarebytes Anti-Malware caused the problem.

I wouldn't mind seeing that .dmp file if you don't mind...I've never seen Malwarebytes cause one before and would like to see how it manifests in the .dmp.

I have attached all my dumps because im too lazy. The BAD_POOL_HEADER's and the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXPECTION's is caused by Malwarebytes. (mbamservice.ex) The problem is coming from the internet protection.

In this case, the cause of the BSOD is the faulty Broadcom network Adapter driver.....Malwarebytes is simply a victim of it. The clue is in the multiple tcip entries in the latest .dmp file.

The .dmp file doesn't contain any reference to the driver, so I suspect its faulty. Try a clean install of the adpater and latest driver.

Wow thanks for the reply, Golden. It is a little weird that the dump file blamed MBAM and not the Wireless driver.

Thats often the case with BSOD's. You need to dig deep to see the true cause of the crash.
