Hello akshaybz,
Most of the crash were related to Virtual WiFi driver, so I would recommend you to update WLAN driver.
Code:
Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter Driver → [URL="http://www.broadcom.com/support/"]Broadcom.com - Downloads & Support[/URL]
I see you have 2 antivirus installed on your machine that may lead overlapping.
So it's better for you to uninstall ESET NOD and just use MSE.

Also update these drivers:
Code:
OEM02Dev.sys Wed Oct 10 18:29:05 2007 → [URL="http://support.creative.com/"]Creative Video Camera Device Driver[/URL]
OEM02Vfx.sys Mon Mar 05 02:45:03 2007

VSTAZL3.SYS Wed Oct 15 16:30:03 2008 → [URL="http://www.conexant.com/support/"]Conexant SoftK56 Modem Driver[/URL]
VSTCNXT3.SYS Wed Oct 15 16:29:13 2008
VSTDPV3.SYS Wed Oct 15 16:32:04 2008
