BSOD Driver power state failure

I have been getting this random BSOD from time to time. I'm using a laptop and I'm not sure how and when this started. Occurs when the charger is either plugged or unplugged. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click System.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

Location of Dumps:
C:\Windows\minidump

i uninstalled the nvidia driver and then downloaded the latest one from their site. still got BSOD. i'm actually not using my nvidia graphics card, im using intel HD 4000. my laptop has 2 graphics card. i've uploaded a minidump from the latest BSOD in case needed.

edit: i have disabled the nvidia graphics from device manager. hasn't bsod so far
