BSOD - Driver Power State Failure

Any help is appreciated. This BSOD error has happened 3 or 4 times over the past couple months.
Each time after a hard shut down and reboot it seems to work normal.
Today when before it happened Chrome internet was very slow/lagging but that might have been wifi related not sure.
