BSOD, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f during Workflow

Hi all ,

I'm currently having big truble issues with my laptop... Just randomly (during working in many different programs) my laptop has very much fun to get BSOD with the error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f. This started to happen approx. about 4 months ago, sometimes very often, sometimes not at all :/

I'd reeeeeaaaaalllly (!!!) appreciate it, if some of you guys could look through the attached file Really don't know what I could do (any troubleshooting help did not help that much; if ever, then only temporarily)...
