Lately, I've been receiving this BSOD after trying to shutdown my computer, then my computer will reboot after the BSOD flashes on the screen. It usually takes my computer a long time to shutdown(15-30 Minutes) before I get the BSOD.Also, I have a feeling whatever is causing this BSOD is interfering with my internet connection, considering that when my connection is sluggish it prompts me to restart or shutdown the computer, and that's where sometimes I receive this BSOD. After logging back into windows after receiving the BSOD, my internet connection is restored to it's normal speed. It may be just a coincidence, but I am just putting that info out there. I have received this BSOD 3 times in the last 4 days and it's classified as a critical error in the event viewer. The debug file is attached below. Thanks in advance for any assistance you guys provide to me.

Welcome to SF Arthur :).
Your observation is consistent with the dump files as to being network related,
the bugchecks appear to have been caused by outdated drivers.

First of all, why are you connected both by your Ethernet connection and via WiFi (simultaneously)?
Please choose one to use at a time, and when possible I recommend the Ethernet wired connection.

A question, when you say it prompts you, what exactly does so?
What software does the message originates from?

I just disabled the wireless connection. I had both because I was letting my cousin use my connection for awhile until he got his own and never bothered to disable it because I didn't think it was really an issue. As for the drivers, I updated them, but only folders were extracted. Is that normal? Also, when I said "prompt" I meant that in the sense that the slow connection made me restart the computer to try to fix the internet connection. There was nothing on the computer or a message prompting me to the restart computer. I apologize for my poor writing there.

Update

Update:After taking my computer out of sleep mode, the internet connection wasn't working anymore. There was also some problems with the computer itself: I couldn't access My Computer, Network and Share center(which I accessed through the search function) Control Panel, Games, Desktop, Device and Printers, Music, Documents, and Pictures through the windows menu that's pulled up by clicking the windows icon at the bottom left corner of the screen. However, I was able to access Default programs, Help and support, and was able to able to access the programs on the left side through the icons.I was also able to use the search function. Seeing that my computer wasn't functioning properly, I decided to restart the computer to see if that would restore the internet connection and fix the problem of the glitchy windows menu. But instead of restarting normally, the computer was stuck on the logging off screen for over 2 hours, until I decided to manually shut down the system. The system rebooted normally, and everything seems to be working fine now, but I don't think I can put the computer in sleep mode again. This was actually a problem I had before about a month back, but it went away on it's own, so I didn't think it was a big deal. Also, it would only cease internet connectivity and disallow me to access the network and sharing center. This problem with the windows menu is a new development. So I am assuming the updating of the drivers might have something to do with this problem resurfacing.

Cliffs:
-Internet connection stopped working after taking computer out of sleep mode.
-Windows menu was glitchy
-Decided to restart PC to see if it would fix the problems
-Computer was stuck on logging in screen for over 2 hours until I decided to manually shut it down.
-PC rebooted without any issues and computer is running well now
-Had this problem in the past but didn't think too much of it
-The driver updates may have caused this problem to resurface

Hi Arthur :).
That's a cluster of of issues you have there, Iwould like to run through some tests please.

   Warning
The Following Method Should NOT Be Performed On An SSD!

:ar: Testing the HDD:

  1. Perform a Disk Check | Disk Check- Scroll down to OPTION TWO of the tutorial and use the /R switch in the CHKDSK command | chkdsk C: /R.
  2. Then Post the Disk Check results following | This Tutorial.
  3. Once back in Windows, download Crystal Disk Info and post a screenshot (multiple shots if you have more than one drive).
  4. Download SeaTools for DOS if you don't want to use a CD to test the HDD you can use YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator to create a bootable USB (instructions are found at the bottom of both pages).
  5. If SeaTools for DOS is unable to recognize your HDD:
  6. Visit HDDdiag and follow the instructions | Or follow the instructions below.
   Note
If SeaTools For DOS does not recognize the drive;

Boot into the BIOS using the *Fx key.
Look for an entry called SATA Mode (or something similar), it should be set to IDE / AHCI.
It's probably set to AHCI which is why SeaTools doesn't recognize them in the DOS environment.
Set it to IDE then save and exit usually by pressing the F10 key.
Now boot into SeaTools and it should detect the drives.
Start the Long Test and let it run.
Upon completion don't try to boot into Windows as it will only result in a BSOD, go back into the BIOS
and change the SATA setting back to what it was in the first place.

:ar: Please scan for possible infection and file corruption:

(*Kaspersky Rescue CD from a USB thumbdrive)

Let us know the results :).

Hi Arthur I apologize for my absence.

Can you please upload the logs?

Kaspersky Rescue CD log should be in your C:\ partition inside a folder appropriately named Kaspersky Rescue CD (or something of that nature).
Also please follow OPTION THREE of the SFC tutorial and post the CBS log.

Anything new to add since?

Nothing new to add. The computer is running fine, no BSODS and long shut down times, and it even came out of sleep mode without any issues(Internet connection stayed intact and windows menu wasn't glitchy).

Sleep mode problem has returned

I retract my statement about the sleep mode problem being fixed, considering the problem has returned. To be more specific, 2 hours ago, I put the computer in sleep mode for 30 minutes to see if the problem was actually fixed, and the internet connection seemed to be staying intact for awhile, but it went out after like 15 minutes after it came out of sleep mode. I honestly don't understand this relationship between the computer going into sleep mode and the internet being disconnected, but I haven't gotten a BSOD in awhile, so I don't even know if this is a BSOD problem anymore.

Just to recap, no more BSOD's and long shutdowns?
Were you generating any traffic or the connection was sitting idle?

As far as I know, no more long shutdowns and BSODs, and the connection was sitting idle when I put it in sleep mode.
However, the absence of BSODs and long shutdowns could be attributed to the fact that I stopped putting my computer in sleep mode, seeing that I just shut it down now instead of putting the computer in sleep mode every now and then. So whatever is causing this sleep mode problem could be the same thing that was causing the long shut downs and BSODs. Honestly, I wouldn't put it past my computer to have another BSOD, so the problem is still probably present, but I've just been avoiding it by not using the sleep mode function of the computer.

Other issues on my computer to note, if it helps any:
-Power light and sleep mode led light stopped working months ago non-simultaneously(Sleep mode light went first then the power light went out a couple months later) , but the sleep mode problem starting occurring a couple months after that, so I am not sure if those two things are related.
-Windows Action center has recognized issues with Real Player and my ATI Radeon Graphics Card.
Event Viewer has recognized 61 errors(noncritical) in the past 24 hours and 256 in the past 7 days.

Well avoiding sleep mode is not a very good test, please do try and use the PC the way
you want it to function. Test it try and induce a BSOD and report back either way.

As for the LED's going out how old is the case?
