from past 1 month this bsod has started again.. don't know why..

Pretty simple, AVG appears to be causing it. Please remove it with this tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arm_sup_____.dir/avgremover.exe

Install MSE instead (also free): http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
