Solved BSOD - dumping physical memory to disk error

Hello,
In the last 2 weeks, while i used my computer in regular staff (Office, Explorer..)
I suddenly got a BOSD - dumping physical memory to disk error (and many more letters which i I can't remember or copy because my comp restarts automatically)

I am using a DELL laptop:
model: N5010
cpu: intel core i5 M460 2.53GHZ

spec:
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 bit
original installed OS on the system
Came pre-installed on system

- What is the age of system (hardware)? - a year and a half ago
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - a year and a half ago (no re-installed)

I did everything that was written in the manual. But because my windows is installed in the Hebrew Version the system health report is also in Hebrew I affraid it maight be hard for you to read it.. is there any possible to change it?

Remove Symantec\Norton is messed up your system.



Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

I Have done everything you recomanded (Microsoft Security Essentials,Free Malwarebytes,Free SuperAntiSpyware) and I am running all the tests of this programs.
I guess now I will have to wait and see what happens..
