BSOD during boot or Windows logo, TCPIP.SYS issue???

OK so I have been trying to install all the windows updates and most of them are installed now. Went through some BSOD throught the installation.

Now, there are 8 updates that keeps failing. I downloaded the standalone update from microsoft and it says "The update is not applicable to you computer"...still trying to solve the problem. And BSODs are still coming up every now and then.

Any ideas?

Those sf, and chkdsk did not help. I estimate about 5-15 bsods before getting into Windows. 99% of the time it crashes when the Windows logo is half way complete.

Yes, safe mode boots up fine. Do u think it's a driver issue still?

Looks ng at the event logs, the source of the error is at "Service Control Manager" and "DiatributedCOM" any ideas of what those are?
