BSOD during bootup and regular PC use (varied circumstances)

Following multiple BSOD issues on the Dell machine, I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate thinking it may fix the issue, but it came back immediately. Have only one dump log (attached).

I've swapped the power supply to a better 650w that I had laying around, but that didn't help either.

Help?

Thanks,
Burt

Don't mean to be a bother, is someone able to help?

Do I need to submit any other logs or anything?

Thanks!

More crash reports

Hi,

PC is still crashing. I've since tried putting in a stick of ram that I know and trust, and it crashed again. Here is the updated report from the SF diagnostic tool. I'd appreciate if anyone could help!

Thanks,
Burt

Hi burt.

Sorry for the time you have been waiting. Somehow your post got off the to do list.

I have went back to the ranch and left a little reminder you still need help.
I'm not a BSOD expert so I will leave it to them.

Hi burt.

It is either the graphics card or the PCIe port to which the graphics card is associated is causing the issue.

Unfortunately you have only one PCIex16 port there on your motherboard.

IMHO stress testing the card will not give us very clear result in this case. Do you have access to another computer? If so, apply the graphics card there and see how it goes.

Let us know the result.

Well might as well go the whole hog and see if the GPU is getting the right power OP please try this

Using HW Info

You can test the volts on the PSU with HWInfo HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 -Download < download the right bit version andclose the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power sectionwhere you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.

The original right hand window shows themachine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use themain left hand side panel

FOR OTHER COMPONENTS

Open each + down into the componentitself and then click on it - in theright hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds andother essential info that device. See pic for exampl

An alternative is this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/301799-psu-test-dc-output-voltage.html but please use a digital meter and NOT an analogue one becauseit will inject typically 9v into a circuit for testing and that would bedisastrous in a 5v or 3.3v rail (socket / lead/plug)
In my pic it shows my Asus board and the Nuvoton is the power section so look for one with Vbatt in it

Thanks guys! I do have another PC accessible, will plug the graphics card in there.

Should I stress test the other PC with the graphics card in it (if so, what utility should I use?)

Will report back.
