Hello Ascendents, I'll try to help you. Your files you uploaded had no dump files in them, which is what we use to determine the problem. Please make sure your computer is configured for Small Memory Dump files (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html)

With Steam you can check the integrity of your game files. Please try to do that. If the problem is one game, sometimes it is the game is poorly coded.

Here is what your dump file says

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
[COLOR=red]BugCheck 124[/COLOR], {0, fffffa800fdc6028, be000000, 100110a}
Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
Followup: MachineOwner

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
[COLOR=red]A fatal hardware error has occurred[/COLOR]. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa800fdc6028, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 00000000be000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 000000000100110a, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

What that is saying is that you have a piece of hardware that is failing or has failed. Or you have a driver that is very bad which is causing a piece of hardware to act as though it is failing. It gives no information on which piece of hardware it is. I looked further and this is what happened during the crash. Some of these are just victims of the crash, but hopefully one is the cause of the crash.

Code:
fffff800`00b99a70 fffffa80`100593c0
fffff800`00b99a78 fffff880`04a9ee8f*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys
 atikmpag+0x43e8f

That is your graphics driver for the graphics card, and this is the driver you are using.

Code:
 atikmpag
start end module name
fffff880`04a5b000 fffff880`04af9000 atikmpag T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
    Image path: atikmpag.sys
    Image name: atikmpag.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR=red]Fri Aug 30 17:32:32 2013[/COLOR] (52211D80)
    CheckSum: 0009C9D2

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

As you can see from the date, it is in need of updating. I am going to give you some suggestions that will give you a clean install and you will install nothing you do not need or use. All you need is the graphics driver. You do not need CCC, 3D drivers and please do not install the audio and HDMI drivers. You already have them in your Motherboard drivers and they can conflict.

I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/329659-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.

This one confuses me. It is your internal graphics driver and should not be there unless you have installed some program such as LucidLogix to help with video rendering and such as that. It also has to be enabled in BIOS. By Default, the Motherboard disables the Internal graphics any time it detects a PCIe Graphics card. Do you have any such software installed and did you enable it in BIOS?

Also listed was

Code:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for epfw.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for epfw.sys
 epfw+0x208ab

This is your ESET AV. At this time I am going to consider it a victim of the crash and not a cause. The reason I am doing that is because I am prejudiced. I have the same AV you have and it has never caused a problem.

Please go to your Motherboard's web site and update all of your drivers, particularly any that were mentioned. Make sure this is your board, and these should be the latest drivers. Please update all of them except the Gigabyte utilities. GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-Z87X-D3H (rev. 1.x)

Please uninstall all of any Gigabyte utilities you have installed. The are know BSOD causers.

If you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default values. I am obviously not against overclocking. But, when you are unstable, an overclock just confuses the problem and will most likely make it worse.

Anything I have asked or requested, please feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you do not understand something or any instructions I have given you, please feel free to ask. I do not mind explaining anything.

Regarding the Internal Graphics Driver, I have my Radeon 7850 connected to my Monitor using HDMI and I'm using the On board graphics on my TV using HDMI. That's why it's popping up as for the bios, I don't recall enabling it manually.

Ascendents, did you follow the instructions in post # 8? You should not have had any AMD Graphics drivers except the Graphics driver. They try to install a bunch of drivers that you already have and you don't use. That can cause driver conflicts. Please reinstall the graphics driver using the instructions I will give again. Please use the DDU and select ATI Drivers. Also, did you have your graphics card overclocked?

I would suggest connecting your Monitor using a DVI cable and your TV using the HDMI cable. I would also try with just one or the other connected, just to see if that is your problem.

This is what your dump files say. Typically there will be only one of them the cause and the others are the victims of the crash. But, we will try to cover all bases we can based on the Dump files.

As I am sure you know, that is your AMD driver for your dedicated graphics card. Please reinstall it using these instructions.

I would also like you to run Seatools for Dos on all Mechanical Hard Drives in your computer.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html#Part3

Also, please run the Furmark Stress test. Run it with only the monitor connected. Be sure you have a good GPU Temp monitor. If the card gets too hot, stop the test. The temps will rise very quickly and very high. Run the test until your temps level out and remain stable. Also watch for any artifacts while running it.

If you have any questions, please ask.

You will have to determine on your end. I doubt I can on my end. But, is your game crashing causing the graphics drivers to crash, or are the graphics drivers crashing causing the game to crash. That is not an easy determination and you will have to be paying very close attention. Also please monitor your CPU and GPU temps during that game and all games. Heat will cause a crash also.

That is your ESET Smart Security Devmon Monitor driver. Please uninstall ESET Smart Security using the Add/Remove programs in your control panel, then use the ESET removal tool How do I manually uninstall my Windows ESET product? - ESET Knowledgebase. Please replace the Eset Smart Security with Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows).

My Monitor only Supports HDMIx2 and VGA x1 I am going to Uninstall Intel rapid storage technology I am currently NOT running a RAID. I already reinstalled my AMD Driver earlier using Driver sweeper. I Don't want to uninstall ESET Just yet, I'm Going to run Seatools on my hard drive and see the result from that and go from there also, I've already ran Furmark with the highest settings i max out 71c @ 30% Fan speed Heat is no issue here. If my Hard drive is error free I Suspect my RAM in which case I will Run a Memtest86 overnight if it comes to it.

I have ESET too and like it a lot. But, in your case this is the second time it has been blamed for a crash and 3 instances of it. It can always be installed later on if we find out it was not the problem.

This is very true However, After i Get the results from SeaTools and Having GPU Tweak and IRST Uninstalled I want to see if i Trigger a BSOD. I Have a feeling GPU Tweak triggered it, and i'm NOT Overclocking everything is Stock Speeds and BIOS has been Reset to Optimized Defaults And Windows was formatted 2 Months ago. If I BSOD Again and ESET is in it the Dump files i'll uninstall it then for Testing Purposes I Just don't want to rule out ESET Just yet.

I Know it was never mentioned, I've had bad experiences with Monitoring software like that before so i was uncertain of it unless i know 100% it didn't cause it. I'm Just doing Trial and error until can get a definitive answer for the Issues at hand.
