No sign of memory dumps in the reports. Please provide the info (in RED) in this image:

Uninstall MSI\DualCoreCenter as it's drivers date from 2008
If overclocking, please stop and return the system to default values while we troubleshoot.
Feel free to resume overclocking after the system has become stable again.

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

Thanks for the reply. I have done all of the above and am now fully updated I think. I had to use the SURTool and disable avg but got it installed. I had BOSD twice during the installation of the updates one of which after the service pack and multiple freezes. I have attached another file with error logs and for some reason I now cant use performance monitor and have attached the error msg I get when I open it, Thanks Corey p.s. I cant view the image in your post

Sorry, I'm a bit scatter brained at times - forgot to insert the image.
It's there now! :0)

Still not sign of errors in the log files that you uploaded

Please visit Windows Update and ensure that you have all available updates

Ensure that the Razer devices have the latest drivers. Older drivers are known to cause BSOD's in Win7

I did find a bugcheck in the Event Viewer System log file - it was a STOP 0x19 ( http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000019 )
I also found numerous instances of things not being able to start because they were being used by another process.
Also found that the system was unable to produce a minidump from a full dump.

I'd suggest:
- zipping up the file at C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp and posting it to a free filesharing service. Then post a link here so we can download it.
- run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html We'll have to check in C:\Windows\Minidump to see if it makes minidumps (if not, then you'll have to do the zip an upload thing from the previous sentence again)
- use one of these free tools to scan for malware: http://www.carrona.org/malware.html
- and, just in case, please run the free diagnostics here: http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html

I am wondering if there is no errors in log report due to pc freezing half way through memory dump as this is what seems to happen, then I have to reset manually. Not sure if this is normal?

I only reinstalled up to date drivers for razer mouse and logitech keyboard yesterday, but have still had crashes since.

At one stage I found that my processor was running at 90 degrees as wasnt mounted properly. Have fixed that but am wondering if I could have fried it, I have since run intel processor diag tool and everything seems fine.

Error codes in red are as follows: Stop:0x00000000DI, 0XF73120AE, 0XC0000000.- DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.- WXYZ.SYS - Address F73120AE base at c00000000, Date stamp 36072a3.

Am up to date through windows update, except for internet explorer 9 which doesnt want to download, but I think thats just AVG firewall.

Will take your last lot of advise now and give it a try, and again, Thanks

After Last post had a BOSD complete itself and pc restarted automatically so I am uploading that folder.
Also I cant get the computer to stay stable for long enough to upload the C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp zip folder. Would uploading it through email be any quicker?

OK, now we're getting somewhere!
Not a whole bunch of info - but a start.

This is a STOP 0x50 error (usually responds well to Driver Verifier) and it has references to user level stuff in the stack (which makes it more likely that Driver Verifier will make it spit out the name of the offending driver).

BUT, before trying that - please update your Razer driver. Your current driver (Razerlow.sys) dates from 2005 and is not compatible with Win7. If unable to update it, remove it from the system by uninstalling the Razer software. http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Razerlow.sys

Also, please update your video drivers from http://ati.amd.com Your drivers date from 2009 and that's a significant issue with video drivers. FYI - here's a procedure to install the DRIVERS ONLY - so that the other programs in the installer won't affect your system: http://www.sysnative.com/forums/sho...ideo-cards-DRIVER-ONLY-installation-procedure

Please update your JMicron RAID drivers also - as they date from 2007 and may not be compatible with Win7. More info on this driver here: http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=jraid.sys

If that doesn't stop the problems, then run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings Be prepared as this will make the system even less stable than it is now.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

- Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html
- Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html

Its been a long morning. I have formatted and reinstalled windows 7 with no dual core centre or razer software. I just downloaded and installed a few things (steam, avg, etc). Updated through windows update and all seemed fine, except one freeze in about 4 hours. It was just about to start downloading service pack 1 I got the BOSD again. Its really starting to piss me off!! Excuse language. This time it didnt finish but I wrote down error codes. REFERENCE BY POINTER 0X00000018 (0X0000000000000000, 0XFFFFFA80066E0030, 0X0000000000000004, 0XE56C69460029FFFF). Would appreciate if you could keep helping, Thanks mate, Corey

Also just a bit of info I've noticed.

G.Skill DDR2-1066 4GB Dual Channel [PK] F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK is the ram I am using and after visiting both manufacturers websites I noticed it is supported on the p35 with no mention of the p45 chipset. Could this cause problems?
Also I ran memtest and pc froze at 5% and then in safe mode got to 10% and froze.

Something else I noticed is the pc seems fine for quite a while after 1st startup but will freeze quite quick after restart or even coming back from screensaver. Just thought Id post this incase it means something. Thanks

Test the memory sticks individually, then test a good one in all of the slots.
