System specs:
Windows 7 Professional X64
XFX GTX275 896MB 670M xXx
Intel Core™ 2 Quad Q9400
Kingston 2 GB DDR3-1333
Seagate Barracuda 500GB S-ATA II interface 7200rpm
Zalman ZM850-HP 850 Watt Ultra Quiet Heatpipe Cooled PSU
MSI P7N2 Diamond

Memcheck runs fine for hourssssss without errors. I've tested another GTX275, unfortunately same result (used to be a SLI rig, so I had another one lying around). Also tested each RAM module seperatly, also no difference.

The harddrive is brand new, and so is the motherboard (got it via RMA after my previous died).

Windows installation is pretty much nearly a clean install, 3 days old. Re-installing no effect either.

Latest nvidia drivers via the nvidia website. DirectX 9.0c.

Attached 2 dumps.

Note: Not always does a BSOD appear, sometimes the screen simply freezes, without a BSOD.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .
A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress
Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. Return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.

Cooling is alright, temperatures are fine, also while blendering (CPU: 55c, GPU 64c, HDD 30c, all other 'undefined' temps are mostly around the 30-40c).

There is a bit of dust in the PC, but nothing more than just a really thin layer here and there. Vanilla install doesn't cause the BSODs, only when I'm playing around with Blender, Gmax, etc. and sometimes during YouTube videos. With just a vanilla installing, browsing the internet etc. for hours nothing occurs.

What to do, as I've tested seperate graphic card and RAM module..?

I do must note I can't get my audio device to work, as it fails to detect one, so the drivers refuse to install. This is the only thing I don't have the latest drivers for, as I can't get them to install since it can't detect an audio device.
