Hello faithman, and welcome to the forums. What Motherboard did you have before and did you do a clean install after the change? I need you to do something for me.

Please upload the BSOD Posting Instructions http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html. Upload the files here, this will tell you how. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html

Also, Please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Your dump file lists this

Code:
BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa8008238028, bf800000, 124}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iusb3xhc.sys
[COLOR=red]*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]
Probably caused by : GenuineIntel

That is your Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver and can be found on your Motherboard's web site, MSI Global Z97 GAMING 5. Just check to be sure that is your board. Try those things and get back and we'll see if we can get you going.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply.

I'm sorry for not posting all necessary info, just read the topic and I uploaded new attachment with necessary info.

I did the clean install of Windows, new components are processor,mb and ssd samsung. I already have installed USB 3 drivers from MSI website for my motherboard. MB BIOS updated to latest one.
Atm I don't use any of USB 3 ports.

I did the sfc /scannow and all was good "windows found no integrity violations".

This was first BSOD for me on new system, althou I noticed when I was cleaning up my C drive couple of days I had always in Windows Error about 500-1200mb, althou yesterday it was first BSOD.

Because most of the components are new just want to check what is it, I didnt had "smooth" ride with this MSI MB.

Hello faithman. The second dump file is the same error code as the first one, but it does not list any specific driver that caused it like the first one did.

Code:
[COLOR=red]BugCheck 124[/COLOR], {0, fffffa800821d028, ff800000, 124}
Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
Followup: MachineOwner

A Bugcheck code 124 is a generic hardware fault. It means that you have a piece of hardware which is bad or going bad, or s bad driver which is causing a piece of hardware to act if it is going bad.

Please do not do any more disk cleanups. Most of them delete dump files and error reports we use to try to determine a cause.

If you have not, please reinstall the Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver. That is the only driver which has been named as a cause of the problem.

Please go to Windows Update and make sure all Important and recommended Windows updates have been installed. While there, in the left column click on view update history. You will se a whole lot of Failed windows updates. Look at the KB numbers of those failed updates and see if they Were successfully installed later. Your error reports show a lot of failed updates.

A temp of 80-85° is too hot for your graphics card, even being stressed. MSI makes a utility to monitor temps and a lot of other performance data. I will also allow you to set a custom fan profile that will help keep you card cooler.

If you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default settings.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

My Windows is up to date, with all updates installed successfully. You see a lot of failed updates because its only one update kb3038314 , wich is known to have issues updating on Windows 7 and Microsoft is working on a fix. More about that you can read here.

Ok I will reinstall my usb 3.0 drivers.

As for GPU temp, I'm monitoring CPU and GPU temps all time my PC is active. I'm using RealTemp but also I have MSI Afterburner wich can monitor and oc GPU. MSI 770 TF gpu can go safely up to 95C , in Afterburner default stock temperature is 86C, I can lower down that temperature to see if gpu is the problem.

Because processor and motherboard are new, by looking at these reports, can you tell if motherboard or processor are faulty (they are new, I bought them six days ago, maybe I still can return them and they will give me a new one) ?

Again thank you for your time and help.

The installed Product Key is one from an MSDN-type subscription - unless you are the subscriber, you are not entitled to use the Key, and whoever gave/sold it to you was not entitled to do so.
If you got the media from a Torrent download, this may be the cause of your problems.

That's simple not true, key is valid and its from my workplace, I got it for home use.

And no, that can't be cause of my problem.

Post reported for false accusation, nor answer in post had any helpful information about my problem ;)

Ah - so it is true, then :)
MSDN subscriptions have severe restrictions on usage - one of which is that they cannot be used in a 'production' environment. This includes (at least in theory) use at home on a machine used other than for software development. Read the license terms sometime!

No flame - no spam - just verifiable fact.

Many MSDN subscribers use a computer for mixed use—both design, development, testing, and demonstration of your programs (the use allowed under the MSDN subscription license) and some other use. Using the software in any other way, such as for doing email, playing games, or editing a document is another use and is not covered by the MSDN subscription license. When this happens, the underlying operating system must also be licensed normally by purchasing a regular copy of Windows such as the one that came with a new OEM PC.

I'm writing this from my tablet, running memory test atm, in advance sry for autocorrection.

I may gone little overboard, had deja vu from star wars Jedi academy when I was playing legally from steam and most other players had "legal" version, and I was getting non stop dc's and they were fine and told me its because I'm playing from "legal" version which I didn't.

I was given that key about six years ago from my tech, was using it np until now. I do have dreamspark win7 pro and will install that.

That means I need to reinstall now everything again, are you sure that is a problem, mb and CPU are not faulty ?
