Hey, I noticed that my PC is unstable when I set ASUS Bios setting to Optimal (performance mode) and PC freezes up after few minutes, so I decided to run it in normal mode without any overclocks or anything, just plain default bios.

I ran Prime95 Blend Test for 30 minutes and it failed.
Then I decided to run Small FFT test, it ran for about 30 minutes then one of the cores failed, then after few minutes BSOD popped up.

I don't understand BSOD's so hope somebody can help me find the faulty component.
CPU temperatures were at about 73 C.

Though the crash dump has nothing to do with prime95, but it detected hardware failure. Quoting from your post ....
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
It indicates that the CPU is failing to bear the stress, so the BSODs are obvious.

You need to replace the CPU. Either RMA it, or if the warranty is expired, get the same one. AMD Processor FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W D8350FRHKBOX - Newegg.com

If you want to know what the BSOD says ... it blames Avast.

To deal with it, Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know for any further BSOD after doing these.

As per the stress test report you posted, the CPU is failing.

Well yeah it's not overclocked or anything, just fails.
Also it's performance is horrible, I thought it's just AMD.

I still have 4 months of warranty, though AMD documentation says they give 3 year warranty, so I can return it and get replacement I guess?

I already arranged collection, they will collect it and hopefully replace it fast. I don't even know what to do for few days without PC.

Anyway yeah it's within warranty, It was purchased on 11/06/2014 so it's not even a year.
i just hope it's 100% CPU and that once i get replacement problem goes away.
