BSOD during Quickheal Scan error code D1

Need some serious help...
I have dell vostro
Windows 7 32 bit
And i keep encountering BSOD... windows repair didn't work and recovery/image not available ..
Current status BSOD on login screen can't go forward that
I have deleted quick heal as it was the last thing that i was operating before it happened..
Someone help fast

The dump file points to athr.sys (Qualcomm/Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver) which is also out of date. You can find updated versions here.
