BSOD during restarts, Windows updates and while gaming

This is on a newly build PC, every time i try to update windows it BSOD mid update. When i restart the computer it crashes and BSOD and i can play games in between 20 minutes to 2 hours before it BSOD. This has happened since the computer was build and i have no idea how to fix it. I was reading the forum rules and below are all the info i could gather.

IMO it should be uninstalled, as it is a known issue. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers andC:\Windows\SysWoW64\drivers and delete AppleCharger.sys.

Also uninstall other Gigabyte utilities, as they all are some unnecessary stuff, and causes problems every off and on.

Do some disc checks.

  1. Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip it, if it is not a SSD)
  2. Re-seat the sata and power.
  3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
  4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
    Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.
