BSoD during Sleep

I always put my computer to sleep before I go to bed. The next morning, I see that my computer has turned itself off. Upon starting, I am told that it's "recovered from a serious error" and it tells me the minidump directory.

I've attached my minidumps from the past couple of weeks. You can see that this occurs roughly every 2 to 3 days, or more often.

My specs:

HP IQ506 TouchSmart (all-in-one)
4 Gigs of Ram
All of the hardware is stock hardware

After reading a bunch of forums, i believe the problem is driver based. If anyone is able to narrow that down, I will be very grateful!

The dump files blame netr28x.sys - a component of the LinkSys RT2860 - also known as the RaLink RT2860 Series Wireless LAN Card.

Please:
- Download the latest Win7 version of the drivers for that device - if there isn't one at the Linksys site, there is one at the RaLinkTech website: Ralink corp.
- Uninstall the current software for that device from your system
- Install the freshly downloaded drivers
- Wait for the next BSOD
