BSOD during startup. Have screen shots of suspect cause.

When windows tries to start up I get to the blue screen with light from above. Then I get a black command prompt screen flash and then it hangs up. I have screen shot of command prompt screen. I video'd it with my phone and paused it on screen during playback. Problem is I did this on my iphone4s. How can I upload the screen shot? Esc to the bios works but F8 doesn't work to get to start up option screen.
