Solved BSOD During System Restore

Hello. It all started when Chrome did not open internet shortcuts.It gave a message that ChromeHTML
did not have an associated program.I use Chrome for a year and I never had this problem before.
After searching,i found out that there isn't any solusion(nothing worked,not even registry fixes) I
tried the last thing icould think of,a system restore wich gave me the BSOD and restarted my
computer.
I forgot to say that I uninstalled Chrome.
Itried again and the same.Beside this every seems to be working fine.
Any help will be usefull

Thank you for the quick answer.I have scanned with Malwarebyte and it was clean.I also did a sfc /scannow
and chekdisk.They came clean also.I will do the sea tools and memtest as soon as i get home.I.ll post back the results.

Hi again.
I performed the Memtest 86+ for 7 times(allnight) and no errors,As for the Seatools for Dos i couldn't
do it because at the begining it gave me an error"Your program has caused a devided overflow.If the
problem insists contact..."I will try Seatools for Windows later.
But checking the Device Manager i found that it sees my multicard twice.I have a couple of screenshots
from dev man and disk man.I dont remember last time i checked the dev man to tell you when that
happened.Do you think that's causing the problem and is there a way to fix it?

Hmm, it's not the problem. Well try SeaTools for DOS and report back.

Hi.Iperformed the tests(Smart,ShortDST,Short and Long generic)and my HDD passed,so it's healthy.
What else can we do?

I did it and it was memtest 86+.Well memory and hdd are healthy.Any ideas besides clean install?
