BSOD during various games

Hello, I keep getting Blue Screen of Death during video games (World of Tanks, Warthunder, even TF2) and I think the problem is between my MOBO and GPU drivers.

Specs:
Win 7 64-bit
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 Motherboard
8 GB RAM
AMD Phenom II x4 955
AMD Radeon HD 7770 GPU

I ran BlueScreenView and amongst all the mumbo jumbo that I don't understand, it said:

Caused by Driver: dxgkrnl.sys
Caused by Address: dxgkrnl.sys+5d000
Crash Address: ntoskrnl.exe+75c40

Also, attached is my SFDT zip folder

I'm not very technologically savvy so I have no clue what to do at this point.
