BSOD during videogame

Ok, so i recently changed my CPU from an Intel Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz socket LGA775 to an Intel Core 2 Quad q8300 2.5 Ghz LGA775, reinstalled my OS and installed some games such as Battlefield 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Call of Duty Black Ops. When i played them everything was fine, i havent encountered any kind of crashes, BSOD or anything else.
Now the problem is when i installed and played Gta IV:EFLC. After half an hour of playing i have encountered a BSOD, same problem happens every time i play the game.
I checked the temperute of the CPU, it was in the normal parameters.
