Hey guys, I've been attempting to fix this myself for ages, but I've finally given up. I've got this BSOD that just appears at random. Its been happening for a while now, but I've got it narrowed down to a directX/Nvidia issue. Both are completely up to date, so I'm a little lost. Thanks in advance, everyone. I've also attached the required files.

Here are the specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
Geforce GTX 550 ti overclocked (By the manufacturer)
8 Gbs of RAM
*Oh, and I run Avast, contrary to system reports findings*

Not the original installed OS, was Vista, been uninstalled since last year
I believe the system is a good 2 years old now (I dust it every once in a while)

The Microsoft Away Mode System does not seem to be compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.

The other device without drivers is your NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller. The nForce chipset drivers are important for the system to work properly and should be installed ASAP. Them missing may be contributing to your crashes, especially since they provide support for other NVIDIA devices like your graphics card.

Thanks for the reply! I looked around quite a bit, and i'm unable to find any information regarding the Away Mode System, that isn't pertaining to Windows XP. Where would I find that so I may disable/get rid of it?
And as for the nForce System Management Controller, I have the Nvidia Control Panel, and have had it since my last graphics card, also Nvidia (still had bsods). The one you mentioned doesn't appear to be on their website, could you point me in the right direction? Thanks for the help!

Oh! Thanks! And it appears to have an "Away Mode Driver Update" in there as well. Thanks for the help, I'll see if it bsods, and report back later!

*Edit*
I do have a question though, my video card doesn't appear to be supported by this driver update.

It just isn't supported by my graphics card, the drivers details don't list mine as being supported. Just the Nforce series, as opposed to my Geforce card.
*Edit*
This computer came with Windows vista x64, and the website's drivers only provide updates to that os...sorry. I'm still at a loss as to what to do. Can I disable the away mode system you talked about earlier?

Did you try installing the NVIDIA chipset drivers from NVIDIA that I linked the first time?

They are for your motherboard, not the graphics card. They are to provide support for the motherboard so it can provide more stability to the graphics card and other hardware. There is no reason for it to list your graphics card as the drivers are not for the graphics card but for the motherboard.

Your motherboard is a 720i chipset based motherboard. You should really read about your computer: Gateway Support - Specifications

Will do, good sir. I apologize for my idiocy. Thanks again for the help!
Installed the drivers, everything went along just fine! Internet seems to be running way faster, for some reason, and I'll let everything go along, and hope it works! I'll report back in a day or so! Thank you for all the help!

You're welcome. As I said, the chipset drivers increase stability for all hardware, so it is not surprising that the network adapters would perform better for internet usage.

Look forward to the report back. :)

Looks like you ran CCleaner since the last crash. Your .dmps were deleted by CCleaner. Please refrain from using CCleaner for the duration of your troubleshooting.

Crashes (I found the BugCheck in your Event Viewer logs; not as much info as a .dmp, but still somewhat helpful) are likely caused by ZoneAlarm. Recommend uninstalling the software to test. Turn on Windows firewall after uninstalling ZoneAlarm. The BugCheck code you got with your crash is a common BugCheck for that software.

So sorry about the CCleaner thing, will uninstall ZoneAlarm soon as possible. I never would've thought. As soon as I get off work, I'll uninstall and run some more intensive things that seem to cause crashes often. Thank you!
