Hi Magnisx.

Generally stop 0xF4 BSODs are storage related, and crash dumps usually does not contain very much information.

Do a few things.

First of all, make it sure that the SSD is using the latest firmware. Firmware Update 070H dated 04/02/2013.
Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SSD: Crucial.com Product Downloads - Firmware Updates

Next, the C Drive, that is the SSD is in short of free space.

ITEM|VALUE
Stasjon | C:
Størrelse | 59,53 GB (63 915 945 984 byte)
Ledig plass | 9,74 GB (10 457 903 104 byte)

Salvage some space. Disabling hibernate will give you a good space free up.

If the BSODs continue even after doing these two, go for the two things written below:

Uninstall Marvell 91xx SATA 6G Controller.

Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Let us know the results.

Okay, so. I updated the SSD, i cleared some space 20 gb available now, i disabled hibernate and i uninstalled Marvell 91xx.

After 2 hours this came up - multiple popup erros (of all the running programs) : http://i.imgur.com/LDDKOsx.jpg
- I pressed ok on all, and the screen went black (not blue) and it rebooted and stopped where it couldnt find a bootdrive.
- THIS HAPPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME NOW. Never happened before.

Looks like the drive went "belly up" and it's time to get a RMA. It may still be under warranty so get the RMA process started right away.

Its over 3,5 years old, so I doubt there is any warranty left on it.

Some Crucial SSD drive models have a warranty of three years or five years in the US. It might be worth looking into the European policy.
