Solved BSOD either b/c of overheating or while playing videos

Hello,
I've been getting a couple of BSOD lately and at first I thought it might be b/c my heat sink needs cleaning (which I'm gonna try to do next week), but I also recognized that it usually happens when I'm watching a video in my Browser, so it might also be that. The stop codes I've been getting are 0x00000116 and 0x0000009f, the last one more often.
My drivers should all be up to date, I checked them all last week. My Windows Updates are also kind of up to date, meaning I updated about 3 weeks ago.

Going through the files I uploaded I noticed that some bits are in German (my computer and I are German) so if you need translating I'd be more than happy to help!

Download this earlier version from here and follow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems for the cleanest possible install.

Right when you said NVIDA it made click in my brain. When I updated that driver that was right around the time when the problems started,totally forgot and didn't notice that. Downloading the driver as we speak, will report back if there are any more problems or if it is solved, thank you!

Okay, I did everything as it said in the instructions, at least I think so, but now when installing the new driver I get an error msgs.
I included pics of how my 'Display Drivers' folder looks now, the two folders that were in there before that I've deleted, the Uninstall Program and the error msg. The error msg reads 'The graphic driver couldn't find compatible graphic hardware' (along the lines, might be translated slightly wrong).

Can it be that it is maybe the wrong driver you linked? it says desktop in the installation file, all my previous ones said notebook, idk if that matters?

There are no dumps in your latest logs at all, just a bunch of .jpgs so there's not a lot I can do with those.

but I'm downloading the nvida thingy as we speak. One thing I can say already is that ever since I got rid of that other Driver my laptop has been running a lot more smoothly, strangely even my streaming vids online load quicker than usual, don't know if that is connected to that.
