There aren't any .dmp files to analyse, but I recommend completely uninstalling AVG Tune-Up Utilities to start with.

Code:
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#	127.0.0.1       localhost
#	::1             localhost

127.0.0.1 		[COLOR="Red"]secure.tune-up.com[/COLOR]

Look in C:\Windows\Minidump - are there any .dmp files present in that folder?

Hi thanks for quick response.
Tuneup Utilities, is that a bad program to use? Are there alternatives?
That C:\Windows\Minidump directory is empty. What do you recommend.
Thank you.

Almost everyone of these tune-up tools cause more harm than good - Windows 7 doesn't require any 3rd party tuning. Do not use these sorts of tools. Uninstall all these sorts of applications completely if you have them.

For the BSOD, do Step 1 to 6 in OPTION 1 of this tutorial:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

then when you next get a BSOD, do this:

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
