BSOD error 0x000000d1

I usually get the BSOD in the middle of the night. I have a Lenovo G570. Runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I got it last month. I have intel core i5-2350M. I have also attached a zip file of the SF diagnostic report and pics of the BSOD.
