BSOD, Error 0x000000d3

Hello, everyone. I was just really minding my own business and having a quick snack in front of my computer when I suddenly got a Blue Screen. I wasn't particularly doing anything too intensive, just had a few tabs in Chrome up and that was about it.

First BSOD I've gotten in months, but I decided to go ahead and come here anyways in case anyone can help out with this.

Have you tried installing the latest updates from Windows Update?

Yeah, I've done so. Hasn't given me any more screens since the initial one.
