BSOD error 0x0000016

I've been going through blue screens for like 2 months now. I only get them when I play games or watch videos. I notice it happens A LOT more when i open up a game and a video at the same time. I'm starting to assume that I have a faulty driver because I already went into safe mode and uninstalled the driver and let it re install itself.

You need to manually update your graphics driver as windows installs a basic out of date driver for use.

As you can see the driver version is in fact nearly 3 years old which can, and looks like it's causing issues.

Go to the AMD website and download the latest version here, I recommend following these instructions.

If it crashed again, you need to upload the info again so he can help you.

its the same files, it says if i want to overwrite the previous ones.

Then say yes. Or just delete the the previous one.
