BSOD Error 0x93 INVALID_KERNEL_HANDLE

seagate programm doesnt recognise my hard drive

What hard drive do you have?

seagate st310005 24as 1 tb. But now the free space is only 200 gb and i havent installed anything recently! The previous week the free disk space was 500gb

That doesn't sound good if SeaTools doesn't recognise the drive. Bear with me as I have a bank appointment the morning, I'll get back to you this afternoon.

Im performing a chkdsk right now and i will try to launch again seatools once it has finished.

EDIT:same results seatools dont recognise my hard drive.Also i ran antimalware on registry and these results came up should i delete them?

Yes delete them. Once deleted can you run SuperAntiSpyware linked in my signature please.

Im afraid that i will run out of free space Now its gone down to 100 gb

Well i havent had a bsod for some days now which is really great . But im really worried about the free space.As you can see in the attached photo the windirstat says that i use 550 gb but windows says i use 806 gb!

Recently i ve got some bsod's 0x93 but thankfully not so frequently as the last time. However it is still annoying. Also i think i forgot to add another symptom that i have. When i boot my pc in the windows loading screen (starting windows) the logo freezes half way the animation and then continues the animation after 10 secs or smthing. I hope that this will help you diagnose the problem more easily.

EDIT: I just got a bsod 0x1E
