BSOD Error 0xc0000189 while playing Rust, League of Legends

Hello!

I have been playing the game Rust recently, and it seems to have caused some sort of error with my PC. At first, it couldn't repair itself enough to start up. I was able to get it working again by using the "Launch with last working config" option in the advanced boot menu. It can start up and run, but any gaming causes a BSOD at random intervals. Please help me! PC is custom built, running Windows 7 home edition 64 bit. Dump file is attached, and I am happy to provide any additional info.

This is the first time ive ever seen something like this. Your bugcheck is an unknown one.
Anyways to troubleshooting.
Try run DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller)

After you've done that install your graphics driver again.

Thank you, I will do that. I'm starting to think this could be a hardware issue, would there be some indication of that in the report?

Installed DDU, rebooted in safe mode and ran it. Rebooted, reinstalled the AMD drivers, attempted to reboot again - immediate blue screen on windows start up.
