BSOD error 124 support

hi, when i try starting any games i my computer just frezees, so i do a hard reboot
and when i return to windows i get an a box saying i jut had a BSOD

i have tried the following
re-installing gfx drivers
disabling onboard audio (i'm using a sound card)

still with the same result
