BSOD error,bios failure

Hlo guyz i had stuck on with a BSOD err to my system which leads to bios failure. The problem started when I use a USB with virus attack which makes shortcuts.
The details of problem is mentioning below. Please anyone help me..

Run MemTest86+, It must be MemTest86+. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.
