Hi lovejulien.

Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html

Also upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.
We can start debugging after having those information.

Hi lovejulien.

Nothing precise about the cause of the BSOD in the crash dumps. And the driverview is not saying anything about a USB device driver that might be causing problems.

In that case, you should try to update the chipset for your HP Pavilion DV6 from the HP's website, as the Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller (that is your USB controller) is a chipset element.

Also it seems that you are running a factory installed computer over a long time. Bloatwares are supposed to cause issues within this time. I'd recommend you to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
