Are you running FFx64 or FFx32?
Do you have both installed?
Please upload FF Crash Report folder.
To access Crash Report folder, click :orb: copy and paste below into Search programs and files
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox
Click on Firefox, upload Crash Reports

I run FF 64-Bits version: 62.03
and FF 64 Bits Version: 60.0.1

I dont know if the BSOD-error is done by FF, but i see that the error was detected when i run FF 62.03 the last time.

What you last asked me to do: i dont know what i exactly must do
(Please can you give me some more detailed instructions about that?)

Yes!
Highlight and copy %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox
Then click the start orb :orb:, lower-left of windows, menu pops up and right above the orb your cursor should be blinking in the Search programs and files, paste %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox into that box and you should have an entry or two appear. Click on Firefox and it will open the folder that contains Crash Reports, upload that folder and I can peruse it.

Here it is, as you requested
But:

The Subdir: Crash Reports contains only 3 Files:

Events Subdir (is Empty!)
Installtime.... with a date ca 1 KB

Installtime.... with a date ca 1 KB

There are no more files present in that subdir!'
Could it be that i had to unmark the FF-Settings in Ccleaner, when a used Ccleaner?
If so, than i cannot see whats in the Subdir: Crash Reports and i can do that only when a new BSOD is comming
But: Is it most likely that the BSOD is presented because Firefox could be the problem of it?

Don't see the Crash Reports folder upload.

Yes, you have to uncheck Crash Reports. Here's a snippet of my settings.

Do you have hardware acceleration checked in FF options. This has been known to cause issues and does so on my desktop machine. Hangs, crashes, etc. Also I have Shockwave Flash set to Ask to Activate. Most video is now HTML5 which is somewhat more secure that Flash.
Try using FFx32 and see if you still have BSOD with it.

axe0 is our resident BSOD expert, and is currently a student in college, thus, limited time here to respond. You could PM if you wish. Click on the colored text in this post and make the request.

I'm an IT student as well, I do a little research on BAD_POOL_HEADER later today. I have an appointment shortly that will take several hours.

Dear User Snick

I could not upload the Subdir Crash-Report, because it was totally Empty
I Checked Hardware-acceleration in FF and the Box-setting was filled Default: 4?)
I Also changed my FF-settings in CCleaner as you mentioned in your Screenshot

Till now i run FF in 2 versions: Installed version 62.0.3 and
Portable version 60.01
Both are 64-Bits versions

As you requested i shall try a 32 Bits version (Portable) to see if the BSOD returns

I installed Firefox-version 62.0.3 32 Bits and also 62.0.3 Portable 32 bits
BSOD came back after some times. 0x0000019 with Bad Pool Header

What else can i do

I run the Nirsoft program: BlueScreenView, but i cannot find out what kind of problem was detected
If it could be an invalid or outdated driver, i cannot determine what driver that should be (i cannot see that in the Nirsoft BlueScreenView

Or are there other debugging-software tools (besides VlueScreenView) that i can use to find out more information when i get an BSOD-error?

Any help would be appreciated

It appears that you're missing the Service Pack update, along with several other updates. That is very likely the reason for your issues. I strongly recommend to update your system a.s.a.p. completely as your system is currently extremely vulnerable as well to quite a few very dangerous infections.

Nice, Thanks for advice
I see since i bought my laptop, Windows had never updated my windows-software, because i see that the update function was disabled. dont ask me how that could happen!

So i see now i had installed windows without any updates or service Packs
I friend of my also had windows-7 installed and his version is using up to Service-Pack 1 (SP-1)

As you suggested i must update my windows a.s.a.p. now till the latest version.

How can i do that at this moment? would only Update it with Service-Pack-1 enoigh (and if so, where can i download that Service-pack-1 (Dutch version)

or:

Should i set windows-update-switch to ON, to get all the updates from beginniong to end (including Service-Pack-1) automatically.?
