BSOD error f4 - Happens every 15-30 minutes

I have been getting BSOD every 30 minutes or so. I had been getting them before, then I updated my graphics driver and it did stop them from happening for a couple days and now they have started up again. The BSOD details toward the end of the zip file are the new ones. Thanks for any help and please let me know if need any more information.

First make it sure that the SSD is running with the latest firmware.

When I go to the firmware website, I download a file but it is a .iso. Do I burn this and run it to install latest firmware?

It appears that you need to burn the ISO. I have no experience with LiteON, but these may be helpful for you .....
