I just installed Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit because my Windows 7 Professional was absolutely horrible with errors and crashes. Well my computer just received the following BSOD:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80002885105, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffff). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 013110-28220-01
My computer specs:
Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5895
Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit
ATI Radeon x1250 Graphics Card
3GB of RAM
Also my AVG Anti-Virus repeatedly keeps showing msa.exe has a virus. How can I get rid of this virus? Also csrss.exe has been appearing in Task Manager and I know this is another virus. Both programs are in my 'windows' files so I can't just delete them. What can be done?
